Position: Lead Teacher
Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Foster a positive classroom environment that supports each child’s development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain daily communication and documentation of children’s progress
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards
Qualifications:
- CO Early Childhood Certification or equivalent required/preferred
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for nurturing young learners and guiding classroom assistants

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
