What We Offer:
- Pay: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience & education)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Age Group: 1 years old – Preschool
Do you want to make a difference in the life of a child while working in a supportive and collaborative environment? As a Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience, you’ll inspire curiosity, foster creativity, and build strong connections with children and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and support co-teachers while modeling best practices.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children thrive.
- Bring learning to life by implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
- Communicate openly with families, celebrating milestones and achievements.
- Partner with staff and leadership to support center goals and community growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1 year preferred).
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in ECE preferred.
- Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
- Must meet state-specific requirements.

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
