We are looking for a nurturing, attentive, and passionate Infant Teacher to create a loving, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 months.

🍼 What You’ll Do
- Provide responsive, nurturing care to infants throughout the day
- Support developmental milestones through play, interaction, and sensory experiences
- Follow individualized feeding, sleeping, and care schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress and needs
- Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing and safety standards
👶 What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with infants in a childcare or daycare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of infant development and caregiving best practices
- Patient, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must meet Colorado state licensing requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
🎓 Bonus Qualifications
- ECE coursework or degree
- Experience with infant curriculum or developmental tracking
⏰ Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Daytime hours
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
