The Early Childhood Teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for young children. This role implements a play-based curriculum that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while fostering a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with company curriculum
- Support children’s growth through guided play and positive interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and structured classroom environment
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Communicate regularly with families about progress and daily activities
- Collaborate with team members and center leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; ECE degree preferred
- 1–2 years of childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
